📦 Shipping Insurance – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing shipping insurance at checkout, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Coverage
Shipping insurance provides protection against:
· Loss of parcel in transit
· Damage to your order during shipping
This insurance is valid from the moment your parcel leaves our facility and ends upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
2. Claims Process
To make a claim:
· You must notify us within 3 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date if lost). · Claims must be submitted via email to [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence in the case of damage.
We will process claims within 7 working days of receiving all required information.
3. Approved Claims
If your claim is approved, we will:
· Send a replacement item free of charge OR
· Issue a refund (at our discretion)
4. Exclusions
Shipping insurance does not cover:
· Delays in delivery caused by couriers or customs
· Items marked as delivered by the courier (unless proof of non-delivery is provided)
· Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
· Damage caused by mishandling after delivery. If unsure, see assembly instructions on website.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
· Ensuring the shipping address provided is accurate and complete
· Retaining all packaging and contents for inspection in the event of a damage claim
6. Limitations
Our liability under this shipping insurance is limited to the value of the insured item, including shipping costs. We reserve the right to deny any claim that we determine to be fraudulent or inconsistent with these terms.
Gift Orders – Please Check on Arrival
If your cutout is intended as a gift, we kindly ask that you check the item as soon as it arrives, even if it's being stored for later. Any issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims made weeks or months after delivery, as this falls outside our claims window.
