Lifesize Standees
UK – shipped via DHL – 1-2 working days (UK mainland)
– (UK addresses outside the mainland 1-5 working days)
Europe – shipped via DHL – 3-10 working days (Please enquire to [email protected] for European shipping times)
Canada – shipped via DHL – 5-7 working days (customers may be required to pay import/duty fees)
Australia – shipped via DHL – 7-10 working days
*On international/ROI orders the customer may be required to pay import/duty fees.
Mini Standees and Masks
UK Minis – shipped via Evri – 2-4 working days (UK mainland)
UK Masks – shipped via Evri – 2-4 working days (UK mainland)

Canada – shipped via Royal Mail International – 5-7 working days (customers may be required to pay import/duty fees)

Returns
At Celebrity Cutouts we are only interested in 100% customer satisfaction.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase then please contact us to allow us to resolve the issue prior to leaving feedback.
We can accept a return, of unused items if you have just changed your mind within 14 days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns are payable by the customer.
Any delivery complications or delivery damaged items must be brought to our attention within 3 days of delivery
*Photographic evidence of the box it arrived in and the cutout (front and back) will be required.
For UK orders placed before 12:30pm (Weekdays, excluding Bank holidays), we can dispatch your order the same working day. How long it takes to arrive depends on where your order will be shipped to. For detailed delivery information (including international delivery) please view our delivery page.

- And many more. If you get to the checkout and you have no shipping options please get in touch with us. Due to the different costs/regulations of shipping products abroad, sometimes the shipping has to be manually added.
Our Celebrity Cutouts are made from 4mm EB fluted board and our Masks are made from 350gsm card.
Our Lifesize Celebrities are folded into thirds for shipping.
The size of packaging for a standard Lifesize Cutout is a 73.5cm x 69.5cm x 4cm box.
Mini Cutouts are folded in half and shipped in a 35cm x 25cm x 2cm box.
Big Heads are shipped in a 65cm x 46cm x3cm box.
Buddies are shipped in a 65cm x 46cm x 3cm box.
The average size of a Mini Cutout is 60cm x 21cm
Heights may slightly differ depending on the Celebrities body shape.
If the allocated width is met before the height, then the Celebrity will become slightly shorter than the 60cm.
The average size of a Celebrity Mask is 30cm x 21cm
If the allocated width is met before the height, then the celebrity will become slightly smaller than the 30cm.
